How much does shipping cost?
- We offer free standard shipping Australia Wide on all orders over $75.
- With a $10 flat rate standard shipping for orders under $75.
- We do offer Australia Wide Express Post for $19.95. Express Postage times can be found on the Australia Post website

How long does it take to pack my order?
Our warehouse operates on all regular business days in NSW, orders placed before 11:00am on any regular business day will be dispatched same day, all orders will be dispatched on the following business day.
When will my order arrive?
We process and dispatch all orders daily. All orders are dispatched through Australia Post.
Once shipped, your order will be updated with a tracking number and delivery will be normally made between 2 and 5 days. For customers living in non-Metro areas of Australia, these delivery times may vary. Please allow 2-3 extra days for interstate delivery.
Express Post is currently our fastest delivery option. Express Post will be dispatched on the next business day where possible, excluding weekends and public holidays.

If you’re not home and there is no safe location to leave your delivery, Australia Post will leave a ‘sorry we missed you’ card and take your delivery to your local Post Office. Australia Post will be discontinuing the cards for users of the Australia Post myPost app from June 26, 2023 where you will receive electronic notification of unsuccessful delivery. If your order is not collected within 2 weeks, Australia Post will return it to Bamboo Haus.
How can I track my order?
If you provide your email or mobile number and these are linked to the Australia Post free Post app, you will receive updates for delivery and ETA once your order has been picked up from our office by Australia Post. You will also receive an email from us when your order is shipped.
